RANCHO BERNARDO HOMES UPDATE

Interest rates are still at a historical low and they ticked up a little bit encouraging buyers to get off the fence and make offers on homes. As far as Rancho Bernardo homes, we are experiencing multiple offers on regular sales, short sales and foreclosures. Now is the time to get back in the market!
